DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Pearl White Now in Malaysia, From RM2,419

Vloggers, this one's for you. DJI's newest launch in Malaysia is the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P in a new colour, Pearl White. It launched globally on 20 October 2026 and went on sale in Malaysia from 21 October, starting at RM2,419.

Quick clarification first: this is a new colour of the same camera. The specs are identical to the black Pocket 4P that launched globally on 30 July. But if you've been waiting for a white one, it's finally here. Pretty, right?

What's special about Pearl White?

The Pearl White finish uses mica pigments with a multi-layer spray coat, so the tone shifts slightly depending on the light and viewing angle. In the Standard Combo, the accessories also come in white: the Fill Light, wrist strap, handle and pouch.

The price is the same as the black version, so just pick whichever you like.

Two cameras in one Pocket

This is the main highlight of the Pocket 4P. It's DJI's first Pocket with two cameras:

  • Main camera: 1-inch CMOS sensor with LOFIC tech, 20mm, f/2.0
  • Second camera: 1/1.28-inch sensor, 60mm f/1.8 for portraits and close-ups
  • 3x optical zoom, up to 12x total

DJI claims up to 17 stops of dynamic range on the main camera, with 10-bit D-Log 2 for colour grading. DJI says the 60mm camera is great for portraits that look more natural.

4K 240fps slow-mo and ActiveTrack 8.0

For video, these are the specs that got me excited:

  • 4K up to 240fps for 8x slow motion (main camera)
  • Regular 4K at 24 to 60fps, vertical 3K 9:16 up to 60fps
  • 3-axis mechanical gimbal
  • ActiveTrack 8.0 for people, pets and vehicles, tracking at up to 12x zoom
  • Photos at about 37MP, plus 4K Live Photo

103GB storage and up to 210 minutes of battery

  • 103GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 1TB
  • USB 3.1 transfers up to 800MB/s, Wi-Fi 6 up to 90MB/s
  • Auto transfer to iPhone (iPhone 16 or newer, iOS 26.4.1 or newer)
  • 1,545mAh battery, up to 210 minutes (tested at 1080p/24 with Wi-Fi and screen off)
  • 0 to 80% in 18 minutes with a 65W charger (sold separately)
  • 2-inch rotating touchscreen, 1000 nits
  • Weighs 230g

The good and the not so good

The good:

  • Two cameras, 20mm and 60mm f/1.8
  • 1-inch LOFIC sensor with 10-bit D-Log 2
  • 4K 240fps slow-mo
  • 103GB internal storage and a fast workflow
  • Pearl White looks great and costs the same as black

The not so good (mostly from TechRadar and PetaPixel's reviews):

  • Bigger and more top-heavy than the Pocket 4
  • It can warm up in demanding modes, and it's rated for 0 to 40掳C, so keep our weather in mind
  • Maxes out at 4K, no 8K
  • D-Log 2 is main camera only, and not at 240fps
  • The built-in mic picks up wind easily
  • The battery isn't removable
  • PetaPixel couldn't hit the claimed 17 stops in their testing

If you already own a Pocket 4 and one wide lens is enough, you don't have to upgrade. But if you shoot a lot of talking heads or want more cinematic portrait shots, that 60mm camera could be a game changer.

Where to buy the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Pearl White

According to local media reports, the Pocket 4P Pearl White is sold through:

  • DJI Online Store Malaysia
  • DJI stores on Shopee and Lazada
  • Authorised DJI retailers nationwide

As of 26 October 2026, the DJI Official Store on Shopee lists it from RM2,419. You can check the latest price here.

So, team Pearl White or sticking with black? 馃槃
